Suubi Home

The property has changed once again!! We are excited to have filled the third Children's Home tonight. This home is called Suubi, which means Hope. There are now 50 kids on the ten acres which means 20 more kids names to learn! We really wish we had more time to get to know each of them. There is a real mixture of ages in this new group, one boy is 13 years old and there are a few little girls who are only 3. It has been a lot of work having the house completed for our deadline. Many of the workers on the house came down with malaria in the past few weeks and the weather has not co-operated as much as we hoped. Even still, the building is now complete inside and just needing a few finishing touches on the outside.

With this home filled and the team from Canada arriving in a couple of days, we're reminded that we are nearing the end of our time here. We are sad to be leaving so soon, but excited also to see what God has planned for our family in the future.
