We spent the weekend with Jeff's parents in Mpigi and Kampala. It was great to visit with the kids on a Saturday, helping with chores and playing some netball and soccer! The weather was beautiful when we arrived but we noticed the dark clouds quickly moving in. Before we knew it there was hard rain and then hail, which is not very common in Uganda!! The kids were running onto the field to collect the hail and then passed it around in cups, what a treat to have ice!
Some of the older girls were preparing the matooke for Sunday's meal!
