We are so thankful to everyone who donated so that every child in Kibaale will receive a Christmas gift this year! A team from Pacific Academy School arrived to help us put 1200 gift baskets together and then hand them out to each student. It was a lot of work but the appreciation of the students and their families made it so worth it!!
Mountain of maize flour, which is a staple food in Uganda. Many families rely on the meals that the students get while at school so it is very helpful to send each student home with enough food to last their families the 2 month break.
All ready for the stream of students and their families to come by for their gifts!!
It was great to work alongside our Ugandan staff who spent weeks before the team arrived organizing class lists and purchasing all the items!
The soccer and net balls were a huge hit!
